HBS - HAVER & BOECKER MAINTENANCE AND SERVICES
In addition to working with high technology
products, the Haver & Boecker Group is also
concerned with the safety and productivity of
their customers. In order to ensure the effectiveness
and availability of its equipment, Haver & Boecker
Maintenance and Services (HBS) was created.
HBS is the most recent company of the Haver& Boecker
Group, headquartered in Pedro Leopoldo (MG),
which was created and developed to provide technical
assistance, consulting, preventive maintenance, training
and rebuilding services, counting with the entire
know-how that only a company from the Haver &
Boecker Group may offer, particularly for the mining
market, which is very large and strong in the State of
Minas Gerais.

Prevention is our main concern and to put it into practice we visit the customer
plants on a regular schedule basis by sending expertise technicians. The companies
contracting this service are able to achieve significant improvement in terms
of physical availability of the machines as well as reduction of the cost and
hours of corrective maintenance. Haver’s expert technicians provide quick
and effective solutions, by interacting with the local labor force and encouraging
the training of the customer’s workers.
Production interruptions occur mainly due to repairs and/or parts replacement
and may get worse if the workforce is not prepared or the parts are not the
original ones from Haver. Even a few minutes of equipment stop may result in
great losses at medium- and long-term. Therefore, the Haver preventive maintenance
agreement represents concern-free and ongoing production for the contracting
party.
The HBS expert technicians also provide guidance as to machine operation, consequently
helping to improve production. All plants served by HBS presents production
records. HBS assistance works 24 hours a day every day of the week, satisfying
the customer and bringing tranquility.
Another service offered by HBS is the rebuilding and
upgrading of equipment. Customer machines are rebuilt with warranty and, whenever
possible, the services also take into account the implementation of technological
advances developed by Haver & Boecker after the original supply.
In our mission as solution provider, HBS acts jointly with HBL to offer differentiated
services to the market, in order to satisfy all of the customer needs and allow
the Haver Group go one step ahead in the alignment with the “customer
focus”.
