FEIGE Filling – packaging of liquid and pasty industrial material
Feige Filling has done business in the European market for over 30 years, producing and designing, according to the needs of each client, equipment ranging from the most simple automatic filling station to fully automated lines for packaging liquid and pasty materials.
In 2003, the Haver & Boecker Group acquired the Feige Filling Systems. With over 3,000 equipment working worldwide, the Feige filling systems may be used for various types of applications and recipients, from buckets and cans to drums and mini-containers, and are currently meeting the demand of various markets, such as: food, chemical, civil construction, paint and varnish, petrochemical, fractionator, and distributor industry.
Within this concept, there are three examples of equipment and solutions: Simple “Plug and Fill” and Customized Solution
Simple Plug and Fill Solution
The filling station is installed, the compressed air is easily connected, and the electric power is switched on. It is possible to start filling the product immediately after connecting the hose to its feed system. This equipment is available even for hazardous areas, and HBL offers mobile filling station as well.
Customized Solution
Applied when the products require a large amount of hoses and filling valves, the “Customized Solution” offers the possibility of semi-automatic filling by using a conveyor system for empty and/or filled up drums. In this system the recipients may be palletized automatically.
For an even more safe and efficient filling process, it may be combined with special fittings, making the entire filling process more safe and efficient
Automated and Turn Key Solution
In this case, the clean and empty recipients are transported to the equipment, right after that, the filling operation takes place, and the tools for that matter are positioned in each station.
Cover removal, filling, cover replacement, and sealing are made automatically; the recipients come out from the equipment already filled up, clean, closed, and sealed.
Functions such as labeling, printing, nitrogen purging, pressurized closing, palletizing system, transportation, pallet wrapping, or leakage test, may be integrated into the system
